Important Steps for the Installation of the SQL-Server Express 2005

Please follow the installation instructions step by step. This is especially important for the SQL-Server 2005 Express. Please notice the following two important steps during the installation of the SQL-Server 2005 Express:

1. Deactivate the option 'Hide advanced configuration options'.

2. The name of 'Named instance' is 'UM'. This is important, because otherwise no connection can be established between the program 'UncertaintyManager' and the database on the SQL-Server 2005 Express.
