The installation of the uncertaintyManager is more demanding than the set up of a program such as Microsoft Word. Therefore we urge you to follow the installation instruction step by step for the corresponding windows operating system. If there sholud be against any expectation a problem during the installation procedure, then please fill in the accompanying form and we will help you as soon as possible.
